Shipping Policy
***We are shipping as usual! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your business and patience. All packages typically ships the next business day. All couriers (USPS, Fed Ex, UPS etc) are experiencing delays and have suspended their guarantee's. Typically we are still seeing delivery times between 1-6 days. We are working hard to ensure we get your packages out ASAP and we are always really excited for you to get them too.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We offer shipping insurance through USPS for potential shipping issues. USPS shipping insurance will not cover stolen packages . Please ship to a secure address if there is a concern. Island Memories LLC is not responsible for stolen packages. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of these items.
P. O. Boxes
Island Memories does ship to P.O. Boxes. These packages will be sent through USPS. When shipping with USPS there is not a signature option for P.O.Boxes and the customer assumes the liability of shipping without one.
USPS/ UPS:
All of our orders over $75 travel FREE with priority USPS! All orders over 1LB are shipped with $100 of insurance to cover damaged goods. Insurance does not cover stolen packages, please ship to a secure location if this is a concern. All returns are shipped with USPS. Please view the shipping websites for delivery exclusion days. Standard USPS shipping generally takes 3-5 business days to deliver once the package has been shipped.
Shipping Time:
We are just as excited as you for you to get your package! Orders placed by 10:30AM PST will generally ship the same or next business day. Since our products are handmade there are sometimes exceptions based on inventory. We strive to get all packages out by the next business day.
